Sheri and I want to thank you for the wonderful service we received in the installation of our Trane gas heater and water heater. Your professional service began during the estimate and remained consistent throughout the project.

While other companies sent salespeople to do the estimate, your company sent a trained heating technician. While other companies' employees went down to the basement, looked at the old heater, gave us one or two choices and were gone in 20 minutes your estimator spent over two hours with us. He measured all the rooms as well as the basement. He gave us an estimate that described all of the options available to us and showed us how to upgrade, using tax credits and rebates, to maximize our purchase dollars. While we never heard from any of the other salespeople again, your estimator called the next day to see if we had any questions.

Your installation crew was prompt, efficient, careful not to bring construction dirt into the house, and always left their work area immaculate. They were willing to accommodate our work schedules and always checked in with us to see if we had questions. Your office staff were very efficient in insuring that coordination and timing efforts with NW Natural Gas went smoothly.

Dear Advanced Heating:

This letter has been a very long time in coming. Way back in late September, your firm installed a brand-new XV-90 Trane furnace in my home, replacing the worn-out less-efficient furnace placed in my home during its original construction. This work was done on time and at the quoted price, despite complications encountered during the installation of the new PVC venting to accommodate the requirements of the new furnace.

I would like to specifically point out that I greatly appreciated the attitude, courtesy, and work done by the installer, Ron Rogue. As alluded to above, my particular installation was complicated by the need to run new vent pipes through a vertical void in the interior of my house, the traversal of which had a few surprises, not the least of which was discovering that the original builders of my home had filled a large portion of the supposedly empty void through which the new venting pipes had to run with leftover sheetrock scraps. Through this obstacle and others, Ron patiently worked to get the job done right.

There is the oft-quoted adage: "You get what you pay for". In this case, the observation proved very true and then some. I thank you and your firm for a job well done.
